32W /45dBm Ku-band CW Power Amplifier from14.2-15.5GHz

The HWA1416-47-45 from HENGWEI MICROWAVE is a CW High Power Amplifier that operates from 14.2 to 15.5 GHz. It provides  32 W of CW saturated output power with a small signal gain of 47 dB (±2 dB gain flatness).  It requires a DC voltage of 28 V . The amplifier is available in a RoHS compliant module that measures 110 x 70 x 15 mm with SMA Female connectors.
